History
2012 - 2016 SoHa Arts Building
Managing Director
As Managing Director of the SoHa Arts Building, I successfully reimagined and transformed the business through a total 15-month renovation of a 13,000 sq. ft. empty facility to create 38 individual maker spaces and start-up business studios. I created and maintained all leasing procedures, community relations, municipal coordination, marketing components, and building maintenance routines.
I have extensive boots-on-the-ground experience with a multitude of startups, entrepreneurs, and makers. Additionally, I founded a STEAM education platform geared at the K-12 demographic to bring the maker movement to an unserved population.
In support of both efforts, I diligently created and executed an extensive number of highly attended community engagement events that fostered connection and collaboration within the community. Additionally, I successfully spearheaded all social media campaigns, which greatly enhanced our online presence and audience interaction. Furthermore, I effectively managed all of the day-to-day requirements of the business, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

2016 - 2023 Borough of Glassboro, NJ
Director of Public Relations
Director of Business Development
I designed, implemented, and oversaw the coordination of tasks related to creating and disseminating various forms of communication such as news releases, speeches, videos, press releases, printwork, and other informational content aimed at familiarizing the public with the functions, objectives, programs, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Borough of Glassboro and Rowan University.
I successfully developed, designed, and managed Glassboro's municipal website, smartphone applications, and public email infrastructure. Moreover, I significantly amplified the Borough's social media visibility by an impressive 300% annually. Furthermore, I overhauled the Borough newsletter, transforming it into a 20-page high-quality publication distributed biannually via mail, reaching over 20,000 residents and students.
I oversaw the project management of five outdoor digital signage enclosures, encompassing tasks from the initial stages through the RFP process, installation, maintenance, hardware repair, software programming, design, and publication. This comprehensive process aimed to establish an advertising platform for local businesses to connect with potential customers, while also enabling the Borough to generate revenue to support community events.
I have demonstrated proficiency in various areas such as community relations, revenue generation, staff and volunteer motivation, brand development, marketing, communications, public relations, event management, growth, and innovation. Notably, I have orchestrated large-scale community events that were unprecedented, enriching the experiences of over 50,000 attendees annually while contributing to economic value. Concurrently, I remained dedicated to the Borough's objectives by managing budgets, fostering relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and elevating public awareness.
